NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This disc was created for artists and producers in need of professional quality production/samples at a reasonable rate. This DVD data disc contains 100 non-exclusive, royalty-free* instrumentals divided into four folders:

30 Underground Hip-Hop - backpacker/underground beats
30 Street Hip-Hop - harder kicks, 808 drums, deeper bass
30 R&B - slow tempo for Pop and R&B
10 Background Beats - unique sounds for movies, tv, commercials, videogames, school and work projects

All original music, contains no samples

*All beats are royalty free for 3 years from purchase. License will have to be renewed after 3 years from purchase. You can make as much money as you want during this term as long as you:
1. have purchased this disc

3. give production credit as listed below

YOU WILL NEED A PC DVD DRIVE TO COPY THE MAIN FOLDER TO YOUR DESKTOP, YOU CAN THEN MAKE A CD OR IMPORT FOR EDITING/RECORDING. INSTRUMENTALS ARE HIGH QUALITY 48K 16 BIT WAV FILES

License allows the inclusion and sell of our instrumentals in your songs, cd, mixtape, ringtones, performance of songs, TV show, movie, or commercial for 3 years from purchase, you will have the option to renew when your license expires


Commercial Backpack Productions controls all copyrights on this disc and is only granting you a non-exclusive license to use the tracks as whole tracks or as samples in another beat

No Beat Resell allowed, but you may sample to make a new beat as long as sample credit is given

Producers: Your license allows you to sample and sell your NEW beat. You must give sample credit. Commercial Backpack Productions will not be held liable for any added production, vocals, or uncleared samples!

There are NO limitations on the amount of units your cd or song is allowed to sell
